Feels Like Home

Living at Waterstone has been such a great experience! The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel at home. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I love how peaceful the community feels, and the location is super convenient for everything I need. It’s truly a place where you can feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained home!

Grounds are kept up well, very close to Levis Commons and pet friendly!!

Great community!

The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. Also, the apartment is situated in a prime location with easy access to the highway. It's convenient and saves a lot of commuting time.

Awesome staff!

The staff at waterstone office is what made our decision very easy to live there! Haley the manager and Jessica are great. We are excited to move in. Beautiful property as well with a lot of amenities!!
