Great place to live I lived at Redwood for 2yrs and it was a very nice place to live. Drew and his team are great and respond to any issues immediately. Its a very quiet place and well kept. Thr only negative thing I would say is the pricing. Its a bit high for the units not being more updated with better appliances and OTR included instead of just a range hood. I really enjoyed living there and also having maintenence at the click of a button along with after hours emergency service. Would... recommended this place to live.

Amazing Team Redwood -Pickerington has one of the best teams I have ever worked with when it comes to apartment living. Drew and Karen were wonderful. Really nice and spacious The model apartment was very nice and spacious, but the washing machine and dryer were in an inconvenient place that was inaccessible if someone was using that bathroom for any reason.

We've loved it! Lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the layout of our place did not feel like an apartment--felt more like a ranch house. The attached garage allowed for lots of storage. Management is thoughtful and friendly, and maintenance is prompt and reliable. Thank you for two awesome years!
