Terrible Management, Avoid At Any Cost
The epitome of you get what you pay for. The best thing about the apartments is the relative low cost but with that comes terrible management. Some examples of a few low-lights are:
Not answering their main phone line often and making up for it by having a poor response time on there main website. Apart of larger issue dealing with very poor communication.
Conducting electrical work unannounced and not patching the resulting holes in the wall. In a much later response, they said "tenants... should call a schedule a 3rd party to get holes fixed." Mice then found there way through holes in wall.
Dated air conditioning units which will not work when outside temperature reaches 70 or above.
Closets that will fall out of their hinges.
Laundry equipment that often breaks and holds water.
Many potholes throughout parking lots and driving paths.
This is one of many complexes I have rented from in my life and hands down the worst one I've lived in.
