Terrible management

They are so lazy and don’t care about there place so much if you work day shift you have to call off to view apartment because they are unwilling to stay a couple minutes later to get a tenant

Nice place to live!

I like having a basement for my own washer and dryer and I love the patio -- so private. Neighbors are nice. Management generally responsive to my needs and maintenance people are friendly and helpful. I have been here for nearly four years and plan to stay.

Best management!! Great place to live!

New management is in place! After searching all over in an area where it's difficult to find a great rental property in the right price range, I found Stow Reserve!! Not only did I know I had found the perfect place after just walking in the door, I was greeted by both the property manager and the maintenance manager! Both are truly committed to offering a fantastic property and helping in any way they could. The maintenance manager attends to any issues immediately with courtesy and respect... and the property manager is available for any questions and concerns, offering the best customer service I have found in a long time! I have a great townhouse, a nice patio, a basement with washer/dryer hookup and 1 1/2 baths in a central location for simply outstanding living!

If you are looking in the Stow area for a great place to live along with great schools, this should be your first choice! I am very happy with not only my new home, but with the price as well as service! Look no further, you have found what you are looking for!
