Put in an application now to reserve a unit! Tenant pays electric and cable/internet. Rent range $1095-$1250 (depending on upgraded features). We only have limited units that allow pet/animal. All pet friendly units have a pet fee of $35/pet/month with an extra non-refundable pet deposit of $300 on top of regular refundable security deposit that equals to one month rent.

This apartment community provides tenants with excellent indoor living at a great safe location within walking distance to AHS, grocery, pharmacy, post office, bank and Athens transit. Access to bike path is only a short stroll away. Great mix of tenants include working professionals, and some graduate students. 7 to 8-minute drive to O'Bleness and Ohio University campus.
