The model apartment is very similar to the other units. Amenities included are recent (for an extra cost), which is a plus. Bills paid are: trash, water & gas. Apartment design is rather strange & the placement of the air conditioning unit really limits your options. There will be an air leak because of this unit. This is mostly noticeable in the summer. Bedroom(s) are small & awkward if you own a queen-size bed or larger. The bathroom is small & leaks scents from downstairs should you encounter... any. Two windows & a bathroom vent are your fresh air intake options. Included is a water heater that is best used for showers. You will run out of heat if you take a bath. A major caveat is the very thin walls & floors. I've never lived in such a space with thin walls. You can hear noises & speaking permeate your walls & floor. Outside is the same, as you'll be forced to listen to all of the running & other noises. Lastly, on walls, you will have to install cable on the corner of the living room wall.
Onto the outside: you have lackluster mailboxes that don't look or feel sturdy. At times, I was able to see openings of all of the mailboxes when checking my mail, which is really scary as that doesn't seem secure. I've yet to have packages stolen, but one must remain vigilant if you intend to receive lots of parcels. There is also a washing facility, but I suggest you watch your clothes as I've had some stolen. The washer & dryer units are coin-based (no debit / credit). There is an early closing time as well. A "tennis court" is outside, but has remained unused & in poor shape for a long time. You will also find a pool in the front of the complex. No complaints there. Elsewhere, spiders & insects are very abundant as well. Some will enter your home, but you'll encounter them mostly in warm seasons outside. Parking is also "first come, first serve".
Management is nice, but maintenance is very erratic. You may have service, but you will not be told of a time or date: you just have to assume they will enter whether you are there or not (they will). Everything else like routine fire checks are short-scheduled.
In conclusion & based on personal experiences, I've lived in better places for the price. This isn't a bad affordable & temporary option, but if you value privacy & quality among other things, you will find these apartments gradually lacking.

I've seen the outside & the model apartment. It appears to be well maintained. I drove through in the evening and it was quiet. The modern updates are a plus as well as the pool. The area is fine. The office manager was very pleasant.
