I lived here for more than a year. Maintenance people are good. Cheap housing close to the university. I found this place safe and quiet. Flexible month-to-month payment after 1 year.

The management doesn’t really care about anyone but themselves,the apartments are outdated and falling apart, black mold grew from the ceiling in my basement do to a leak they wouldn’t fix look if you don’t have another choice sure pick this place but if you do definitely choose the other

Stay away from this apartment. Everything inside is too old and they will bill you payments that they claim for repair.
