These apartments are the worse definitely not worth this kind of money, the projects look better and cleaner. Dumpsters full of nasty furniture, beds, couches just trashy.

THE Worst place to live ever i wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!. First Off The place is infested with Roaches!!!!!....Second off They raise Your rent with out even giving you a Heads Up!. They don't fix NOTHING!!! Every Maintenance Man was either to lazy to do the work or didn't know what they was doing!. Smh they can barely keep staff so you will be waiting in the office for hours just to try and pay your rent!. And the office staff are friendly but THE BIGGEST LIARS THEY WILL LIE TO... YOUR FACE IN A HEART BEAT!. then act like they don't know nothing! So Glad i got out of there!

Where to start... First, don't rent from this complex. The staff is friendly, but will lie to your face. I had water leaking from my ceiling for many months. I made written and verbal requests daily to get this resolved and was told it was going to be fixed tomorrow, it never was. The manager made many claims that it was being put on the schedule; when a new staff member joined I found out it was never actually put on the schedule... There is also a serious cleanliness problem. There is trash... almost everywhere with the majority of residents putting bags of trash almost everywhere besides the dumpster. The laundry facility is disgusting; the floors are never clean, the walls are either rotted out from flooding (talking about this next), or covered in mold. if you are lucky enough to find an "working" washer, you will find out that they don't use hot water. Back to the flooding, if it rains more than 1.5 inches the lower units flood. the laundry room door remains open, and all it takes in 1.5 inches for half the apartment complex to be covered in water. When the laundry room door is closed, it just seeps in through the walls to the same end result. There is also an apparent bug problem; specifically roaches and more recently fleas. You will see them everywhere in the building. management "hires" an exterminator, but it does not work so you are stuck dealing with the situation the best you can in your own apartment. I would consider the fire system a dated and it has some trouble code go off every other week. The apartment itself are nothing special, small and cheap. The kitchens are not renovated and there is rot under the sink. The water pressure is hit or miss; some days it seems nice, others it is 2 steps above only dripping, I do typically have hot water though, and if it isn't hot it is still close to shower taking temperatures. On to the positives, gotta leave a fair review. There is a ton of grassy area to do out door activities, there is also a sand volleyball court and a newish pool. It is is only a couple miles from 275 and Tri-County mall and has a decent amount of seclusion.
To conclude, the maintenance is poor, it is dirty, and has roaches. If you are fine with all those things and have no dignity, this place migh just be the right fit for you.
