Cody Park Apartments

Recently been infested with bed bugs and no end to it in sight. The problem has been going on for months while tenants are just learning about it. Management failed to inform the tenants while these things just kept spreading. Finally after tenants were waking up with painful itchy welts they started to ask questions which in return upset management. They tried keeping it hush so not to let anyone know but in the state of Ohio you must notify all tenants after first findings and they told no... one!! Its been months and they have had 2 inspections trying to tell people its all in their heads even after tenants are finding them and getting bitten. I cannot tell you how unprofessional and dirty these apartments are. For your own sake spend the extra 40 a month and move to a better kept place! Read More
