Management and maintenance are top notch!

The Parke at Central is a lovely and safe apartment community in Edmond. The manager Collen and the maintenance staff go above and beyond to make sure your maintenance requests are addressed in a timely fashion. The complex is well-maintained and the rent is affordable. It's a really great place to live.

Great place! Awesome manager!

I love living here. The nature scene around the complex is refreshing to me. People keep to themselves, unless you speak to them, and they're watchful of surroundings. A police officer, and the manager both
live on-site. The complex is quiet. Personally, I'm grateful for this place.

Super responsive!

I’ve lived many places where it took forever to get a response or something fixed and Parke was just a breath of fresh air. The office was quick to communicate with maintenance and they were there within 24 hours. Definitely recommend these apartments!
