Cozy, clean, affordable unit.
I just moved into these apartments about 2 weeks, ago. So far, the apartment manager has been great to me and worked with me when I needed to move in on such short notice. There’s also two maintenance guys that are super nice and I always see them on the site tending to the units including mine once when I needed a minor repair fixed. I appreciate the great service and how these people tend to their tenants. I also like that it’s mostly peaceful here and there are no big or aggressive dogs... allowed that would be a threat to my two small dogs. I’ve seen other neighbors walking their dogs on leashes, and everyone’s been quite friendly.

Great Location and Studio Apartment
Studio apartment great for single person and location near many restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. Enjoying my living here.

Amazing
I just moved in to these apartments and this is the first time I have absolutely no complaints. The new owner is amazing and answers questions or concerns no matter what time of day or night it is! Couldn't have asked for a better apartment manager!!

Parmele park apartments
I just moved into these apartments a week ago and they were very nice the maintenance is nice and so is the apartment manager ! I had 1 issue and it was fixed that day ! It’s quiet and clean and my neighbors are awesome !
