We have well appointed spacious studio 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes, that come equipped with all kitchen appliances, fresh paint and updated flooring.

We are conveniently located in Norman off of Hal Muldrow Drive and Main Street. Less than a mile from I35 makes commuting to the city a breeze. Down town Norman and all it has to offer is with in walking distance. The historic OU campus is a mere 2 miles away. There are many shopping and dining options all with in walking distance to the property.

We are open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and by appointment only Saturday. Come by and say hello and tour one of our spacious homes!

Moved here Dec 2022

Pests, robberies, mice, mold, and so much more can be founds on site. Not safe for women. I have pictures, documents, and so much more. Run for the hills.

I have only been living here for a few months but I really like it! It is comfortable & affordable. The only issue I have is alot of spiders but I feel like that might be everywhere. Overall, a great apartment to live in.

Everything is excellent except for the roaches, spiders and the laundry room. M Tony the the maintenance manager is always around when I need help & gets it done pretty quickly. Kanishia is so nice is all about making things work for everyone. The only down fall is the laundry room it cant actually hold a lot the machines are old and broken and steels coins. They dryers have broken glass held together by tape.

Love it

Jordan is an awesome person. She has been so helpful beyond what expected of her. I know I'm going to be happy at your apt complex. I'm so excited for me and my 2 girl's.
