If you work at Amazon you get a discount here! My apartment has all the bells and whistles. Washer/Dryer hook-ups, side-by-side refrigerator, ceiling fans, and huge closets! The pool is nice and clean. Matt, Katie, Alex, Trent, and Brianna have turned this place around since taking over. You can tell they love each other like a family. They do a pet of the month, cat & dog! They don't buy cheap stuff either.

Don’t live here Unless you want to overpay
Oh gosh see where do I start I’ve lived here for a year my friends lived in the same complex in a different building for two years right before I moved in. There is never any parking in the evenings good luck if you work late or a second shift you’ll be hiking to hear apartment. Many of times I’ve had great parking because I got home early and then left for a few minutes at 7 PM or 8 PM and come back and I have to park way over by another building and hike over to my own apartment. They leave... notices on everybody’s doors all the time about too much trash too much dog poop too much noise. But when they leave it on everyone’s door how are you supposed to know whether it’s you or not. The other horrible thing besides the parking is that you can hear your neighbors up above you all the time the floor creeks people walking around you can hear them my neighbors had a party just the other night and I swear I thought my ceiling was is caving in. And no matter how many times I hit the ceiling they were just party on.
It’s a gated community and it looks nice from the outside but it’s not worth what they charge to live here. And they change their rent prices all the time. The gate is just a code to get in so you know that everybody and their dog probably has that code anybody that’s lived here recently in the last several years and anyone they gave the gate code doing anyone those people might’ve given it to. And besides that the gate just keeps you from driving and there’s no gate or any kind of security to keep you from walking in. I believe that the only reason we don’t have crime in anything is because we are set way back off of the main road and there are other apartments easier target.
For the good thing is they have a small little dog run out back it is well lit at night you will never have any problem in fact the breezeway between all the apartments at night is lit up as bright as daylight I have packages left outside my apartment all the time and never have any problems with things getting stolen.

Do you care at all?
The property is great. The community is wonderful. The customer service here sucks. Cut the act employees. Take care of your residents who wants to make this place home. Take care of your people who are always on time for rent. Take care of your veterans. Provide some new amenities for your residents. You get people in on a good deal when they first sign the lease then what else? You treat them like crap? You don't respect residents privacy. Maintenance is the worst ever! Cant call corporate... because corporate is Lindsey in the back office. Its almost like she's sanctioned. Way to run a business guys.
