Bugs, mold and broken mail boxes

Cockroaches, spiders and now rats!! This complex could be cute but it is in such disrepair that it is slumlike. The mail mailboxes are broke so the mail lady cannot deliver to half the people that live there. She said they have requested many times that the manager fix it, but she has not. Unless you are extremely desperate, look elsewhere!
