Apex at midtown
On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give this apartment complex of five there has been several changes to the apartment complex as well as new updates updated pool parking lot and apartments as well we have a new management named Krista she is doing an awesome job catching up and getting things done the right way and professionally she handles everything with dignity and respect and that is a big Plus in my book she's making some more updates and changes to the apartment complex she's doing an awesome... job and autavio the maintenance man I would rate him on a scale from one to five of five he is doing the best he can he's working very hard he's always on his job he's doing everything he can as a maintenance man to get the apartments updated ready and fixed when need to be so if you're looking for a good quality place to call home and feel comfortable this would be the place I've lived here for 2 years and seen a lot of changes even management and Krista is very professional..

Excellent Apartments
Great updates, outside is clean and quiet. The management are good people working hard to clean this place up and get things done. I love my apartment and will stay as long as I can. New company is awesome and doing a lot of things.

I Love it
Hello,
My name is Patricia Rush and I want to say that I have lived here for 5 years and love it. Our manager has made this place nice. She work hard to take care of everyone and I never have a problem with help.
Maintenance is always outside working and made our new apartment look very nice. I moved to a remodeled unit and we both love it. They have been doing a lot of work here with the new owners and it’s so nice now. Quiet and I just love my new apartment. There’s so much changed from when... I first moved here and they get things done. I’m Patricia and you should move here.

5 Star Apartment Complex
I've been residing at this apartment complex for a little over 3 years and I've watched management change at least twice and ownership three times. I've seen this place transform from ashes to gold if I don't say that, because if you lived here anytime before the year 2021 then you have no clue of how bad it was due to rotten tenancy that staff and residence life miserable but I truly appreciate the new ownership and management and maintenance who care about the livelihoods of the residence.... This is an awesome place to live!

Major problems
We moved in October of 2016. The first day I reported that the water was leaking from the bathroom faucets. It’s been over a year now and in spite of reporting the problem- which has evolved into a problem where we can’t use the tub or shower ( 6 months now)- it has not been fixed.
