Terrible location, worse management
Management is pretty much just letting this complex fall apart on itself. We've had a problem with our ceiling leaking, mold spots, dishwasher and other plumbing problems multiple times. All they do is bandaid the problem rather than fix it properly. Wouldn't recommend.

DONT LIVE HERE, PLEASE
Would not recommend. The apartment is okay, but they owner is extremely rude. And they tow most peoples cars, several residents (including myself) have had their guests cars towed. The parking lot is also extremely uneven, with several potholes that the owner REFUSES to acknowledge. One of my roommates also broke their ankle due to their poor parking lot upkeep. There is a 2' wide, 1' deep hole next to the mailboxes AND no lighting. There are several better apartment complexes in the area, do... yourself a favor and don't live here.

Cambridge Park
I really enjoy living here, I have been there for just over a year and i really like the manager of the complex. They were great working with me in trying to get me into a place.
