Has potential… Toured 2 different floor plans. Each building we went to the apartment was on the 3rd floor. Every flight we went up, there was garbage in front of most tenants doors. There was a disgusting mattress at the end of the hallway leading into the unit we were touring. The units themselves were not cleaned. Garbage and bottles on the floor. One unit still had furniture left over from previous tenant. The toilet and sink in the bathroom looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long... time. My partner and I were shocked that we were allowed to tour apartments in such disarray. We did like the vaulted ceilings on top floors, it made the apartment appear bigger. They have potential to be nice units, however, we were not impressed with all the amount of garbage there was on each flight leading to units. (They could have garbage pickup and we just happened to be there before it was picked up). The pictures online made the apartment look nicer than it did in person. For the square footage the rooms are small and would not fit our king sized bed comfortably. Again, they do have potential but they were not what we were looking for. Read More

I think I?m split in the middle on this because of the negative experience I had with the application process and the fact that after the headache I went through with trying to get this place, it wasn?t quite what I had expected it to be (based on the pictures and description online) and the unit wasn?t really even ready for us to move in when we did. Meanwhile the leasing office wouldn?t do any of the work to help resolve the background check issue and were threatening to cancel our application... if we didn?t have a deposit paid ?soon? (at the time); as an alternative, they would allow us to move in with an increased security deposit (which we shouldn?t have had to do in the first place). This gave the impression that the office was unwilling to read the documentation provided, and/or were unwilling to do anything about it - unless we were willing to pay more money. Now that we have moved in, things seem fine. Again, maintenance has been quick to fix issues that have been reported and a lot of the issues from the application process are obviously no longer issues. However, given that our unit wasn?t really ready for us on move-in day (despite the seeming sense of urgency for us to either pay more money or risk losing the place) and the seeming disinterest with helping us as we moved in, it?s hard to recommend this community. Adrian explained what and why each issue could be fixed or not as something?s couldn?t be fixed. He also explained when other vendors would have to be used, so I understood what issues might take longer to fix. The transparency was very informative. This makes the management feel trustworthy which gets my recommendation to live here.
