HOrrible place

you will be sorry if you moved into this joint. the place has mold inside the units, the outside with holes in siding, garbage overflowing. management lady is so scary that you will be able to live here. she wants every one to remove all curtains, you cannot place anything on the window sill. she will be after you and you are ready to leave.

Good for the price

I have been here for 2 years . The units, they are old. The walls are very thin and you can almost always hear your neighbors snoring, listening to music, or arguing. If you are on the 1st or second floor, you will almost definitely hear your upstairs neighbors footsteps upstairs. Kitchen is basic and most of the stoves are very outdated, dishwashers too, and AC units (if you have one) will work but is loud and old.

For the most part the people who live here (as of Aug 2018) are fine people....
However, some are dirty and have a bad habit of laving their trash in the area. There are some babies that are way too loud especially in the summer when everyone's windows and doors are open. Also, expect to get cigarette smoke in your unit if you keep those open. Lately we've had an influx of crows too that are godawful and start cawing at 6am.

Still, it's close to everything you need. and there's a nice park close by if you have kids.

But, the price is the cheapest in the whole city. APM is the worst management company in all Portland/Beaverton but Jim (the landlord) is a pretty good guy.

Quiet and Family Friendly

We have been here for about 2 months now and so far it's been pretty good. IOts quiet, secluded from road noise, and convenient to a bunch of good stores and places. The downside is this place is OLD. don't expect any new appliances, expect thinner walls, and it is managed by American Property Management so don't get your hopes too high! Still, it's nice.
