Poor Management and Low Quality Apartments

The management is the first concern, dishonest and rude. Those alone should be enough. The materials are so cheap they fall apart and it's a challenge to enjoy your living space. I am constantly sweeping spiders and webs from my doors and windows which are heavily overgrown from years of neglect. The stove burners never worked properly, neither the garbage disposal and the fridge freezes the regular food though the setting is low. On the other hand the freezer don't freeze ice cream properly.... The front door is not secure, and the mold is a constant. Overall this is an overpriced slum and somehow, they squeak by. Save yourself an unnecessary bother, unless you like getting notes on your door for every perceived infraction and being disrespected by passive aggressive types. There are far better choices. Hindsight is indeed 20/20

Great location, great staff

I have lived at The Park At Greenway for 2 years going onto my 3rd. My roommate and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff of the complex. When an maintenance issue arises we receive quick responses and transparent communication on the time frame and tasks that will be done. Sandy works very hard to keep everything running smooth and has come in on her day off to fix things. We have had a couple mild mold issues in the corner of our closet which has been taken care of, as... well as our bathroom which has had the fan replaced and is fixed also. Not only will Sandy fix the problem, she takes the time to help train you on how to avoid it in the future. We have a lovely view of the park, and the pool is great when it is open for summer. We hope to live her for many more years to come as rent is very competitive, the location has plenty within walking distance, and management is super!

Mrs Sherrie Moak

This is a great complex right next to a natural wild life park. Our apartment is in the suburb of a metropolitan community next to a major boulevard with several libraries, shopping malls and a variety of restaurants. We have well maintained common areas with picnic tables, outdoor grills, a swimming pool with lounge chairs in a park-like setting and helpful management. We live in short walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. You can plant produce and flowers in raised garden boxes... during spring, summer or fall. This is where the city and the country meet.
