About 60909 McMullin Dr House
First of all, no property management companies to deal with. The landlord (me) is the homeowner and lives in Bend, offering simple, personalized attention! That said, there will be an screening process that will cost you about $55 (credit score,... rental references, proof of income, background check, etc. for all residents 18 and over) so serious inquiries, only! So that you are not wasting your time and/or money, I think it would be great if we could connect over the phone or in person to share a bit more about they home, expectations of you and me, etc, before investing in the screening process.
I have loved living in this home for SO many reasons! This quiet neighborhood feels like you are in the woods yet you are cycling distance to Old Mill. Super close to conveniences (schools, Safeway, restaurants, etc.) and also an awesome outdoor space on .3 acre (there are three garden boxes I'll keep at the property for those with a green thumb or interest in trying to grow something - tomatoes have done great here!).
The house was build in 2016 so it has pretty new and well-functioning appliances, so you wont be hassled with old electrical, plumbing, or similar issues. Tons of off-street parking (2 car garage + 3 car driveway) so long as you don't have any leaks in your vehicle (property can not be used as a space to work on vehicles).
I believe, legally, the house can have up to 6 residents, though I think 5 would be a stretch as far as comfort and usability of shared spaces like the refrigerator. 1 small dog considered for an additional monthly fee and deposit. The main bedroom has a large en suite bathroom and there is another full bathroom accessible to other residents and guests.
11 month lease. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities, and some yard maintenance. Deposit will be due to secure the lease and first and last month's rent will due upon move-in. All residents 18 years or older will need to have renter's insurance (I know this sounds like it'll be expensive but it's really not!)
