Poor management

Been living here Almont 2 years. since then think we've had 5 different managers that dont know what there doing and take forever to help you with maintenance issues or anything! Parking is terrible even tho theres 8 signs that say resedient paking only and they give you parking passes they dont enforce parking. theres broken cars with oil pans under them not moved for months list goes on walls paper thin. only good is super close to the college

Great place overall

I have a two bedroom apartment here at Awbrey Pines and have lived here for 2 years. Overall it is a great apartment but there are a few drawbacks. For one, it is rather small and has limited storage space. When I first applied to live here, I was shown a newly remodeled space and was sold. When I moved in, it turned out that I was renting an old, non-remodeled unit. Needless to say I felt a little duped. However, it was a second floor unit that had lofted ceilings, which is the best thing about... my apartment. There is very little light during the daytime, so if you like house plants don't even try unless you can place one directly by a window. These apartments should have skylights on the second floor. You have to do laundry outside your apartment, which is okay but rather expensive. Other than that, this has been a great place to live during my time in Bend, OR.
