The property is 1/2 the scale as seen in pics eliminating almost all green space, with no parks in the area. The dog wash alongside everything else will always be done “first of next month” a lie they’ve been telling since last winter. Overall over joyed with the size of the unit and dog friendliness of the property!

Outpost 44 has created a beautiful dog-friendly community! The staff are extremely helpful from the application process and even after you’ve moved-in.

There are lots of very helpful and cool amenities promised that we did not receive the first year and construction and building are ongoing. For the price choose someplace already completed and in a better location.

Outpost 44 is a great apartment community. The leasing staff is very responsive and friendly. Get in before it’s no longer brand new! It’s the best deal in town!!
