Each room in the house has an independent heating system, and every bedroom also has ethernet and cable wiring. The attached garage also has a keypad opener. Your neighbors in the downstairs apartment have an entrance to the side of the house, out of the way. You'll have your own secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates.
