This place has went downhill fast!
Great team of management
Beautiful location with tons of thought placed on the design of the apartments. Love it. I am editing my original review to a more honest review after new owner and management took over. I loved, loved the first year and resigned for a longer term lease. I wish I never had. 1st month of new lease.. I am in violation due to the hummingbird feeders that have been up since I first moved in. When asked what rule they broke, “The owner drove by and thought they were... unsightly” . The 2nd month; Pay rent on the 5th (due date on an app) office doesn’t open until 2 days later, you are in violation $100 late fee for late rent that was paid on the due date through their app. 3rd month; pay rent on the 4th through their app, you are in violation $100 late charge (they don’t take the form of payment that the app asks you to pay with) Do not move in here if you want a safe, peaceful, calm home. There has been a shooting, cops and fire departments here on a weekly basis. I am counting my seconds to the lease end. The only good thing at this apartment is the maintenance guys. They are the only reason there is one star and not -0 stars

Unfortunately, hummingbird feeders can attract pests and cause damage to the structure. We strive to create a comfortable living environment for all residents, and these guidelines are in place to ensure the overall well-being of our community. We encourage residents to explore other ways to enjoy wildlife while adhering to these policies. There has been no change to when rent is due, and late fees are charged on the 6th if payment is not made. Our community accepts many popular payment options including, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and online payments through the payment portal on our website. Our leasing office is also open 7 days a week for your convenience. All payments are time-stamped, so if you feel you have been mistakenly charged a late fee, please contact our leasing office and we would be happy to look into that for you. Thank you for your residency, and we hope to earn your trust and confidence back very soon!
