Brookwood Firs is near the center of Hillsbro at the crossroads of Baseline and Brookwood. We are located within 10 minutes of Intel's Ronler campus and just 15 minutes from Nike's Beaverton headquarters.
We have spacious townhomes that have LVP... (luxury vinyl plank) in the downstairs and carpet in the second floor where the bedrooms are located.
Every unit comes with an assigned parking spot with guest parking also onsite. For additional parking and storage needs, we detached garages available for rent.
All units have washer and dryer hookups. Washer and dryers are available for an additional $50/month if tenants do not have their own.
Most of our units come with a fenced backyard. We also accept pets up to 25lbs.
Water, garbage, and sewer are included in the rent. Electricity is paid by the tenant.

Only as a last resort
This is the bottom of the barrel and where you will come only if money is an issue. They put little into the place, and it shows. Ants are prevalent and they are too cheap to pay for an exterminator. You pay a full months rent for a deposit and then they send you a bill for double and make you pay for every little thing; $150 if you don't wipe out the cabinets. Take pictures when you move out or better yet, don't live here to begin with.
