Avoid these apartments!
Extremely overpriced, thin walls, outdated appliances, and mold everywhere!

I and my son lived together in these apartments from 12/2018 to 1/31/2019. I moved out and my son and his fiance still live there.
Rent for new move in rates is high in my opinion so I had to move from the property when I wanted to get my own place separate from my adult son.
The management is not on sight much during the weekends but other than that all interaction with the management team is very positive and I would live there again if needed.

This was the worst apartment living experience I've ever had. They have poor reviews on other sites as well. I discovered black mold upon move out and refused to touch or clean it up. They then charged me for cleaning. The apartment is old, outdated, and poorly constructed. The units leak water and have mold issues in windows and dry wall. The worst part about this place is the management on site and in Princeton Property in Portland. They will treat you unfairly, lie, take advantage of you, and... will not work with you. Very difficult. Beware! Don't move here

We came and took a tour of your beautiful apartments and were so pleased with the way we were treated. I believe the agents name was Julie. She treated us with such kindness and it was a very pleasant experience. Once again Thank you so much. We plan on recommending you to all of our friends looking for an apartment. Also very clean!!
