I was a tenant there for just shy of 2 years. we discovered mold in our home after 1.5 years. we notified our property manager and was given a cleaning solution to help the problem. we cleaned and sprayed the solution in all spots where mold was present. when the mold came back we alerted the property manager again. after multiple emails we were told they were working on it. during this time my family and animals became ill and the mold got to the point water was dripping from the walls and was... heavily saturated in water. We asked if we could move units or end our lease early and was told that it was not that bad. despite that fact the only person to look at the apartment was the maintenance man our property manager insisted it was dry and not a problem . after talking with our maintenance man he said they had not put any vapor barrier down under our place and that was what was causing the serious mold problem. well longer story long our clothes and all of our shoes were molding beyond repair and the walls were rotting out so we left. That same unit was repainted and is now up for lease. They do not care and are just chasing a dollar so please dont put your family though what i put mine through. we tried our best to come up with a solution that benefited all parties and were just told time and time again "it was not that bad" well watching your pets and children vomit regularly because of the unsafe conditions we were forced to stay in, I can say it was that bad

Most of these amenities are not available!

Living here for multiple years has been a joke! The first on-site manager fixed problems but meddled in everyone's business. She would literally wait at her front door to see you check the mail to nag about something. We were told cats were fine, but no dogs. The manager had a dog. My neighbor had a dog. The person in the next building had a dog. Whatever. Then when the on-site manager changed, everything went downhill like a killer snowball! Nothing gets fixed on time. The manager thinks he can... fix things, but he makes them worse. This listing says "no pets," but the manager still has his dog, who roams the grounds without a collar or leash. They also list a washer and dryer - if it's the unit, expect to pay extra for it. High speed internet? Nope, we pay for our own. Porch, deck, lawn? Nope. There is a tiny concrete slab in the backyard, nothing in the front. The only lawn I've ever seen is the backyard of the managers unit. Pool? Expect it to be dirty, with bugs and pine needles swimming along with you. Parking? Yes, that's usually fine. Unless they are doing maintenance or lanscaping, and then your car will be blocked in or all the spots taken - with no notification. And built in the 70s? We were told the 60s, which is why our heat was escaping through the old windows. Those were finally replaced last year. Nothing else has been updated, and I don't expect it. Whether it's C&R Real Estate stepping in or the owners, that are apparently in Utah, this place is no longer a fun place to live. And the worst part - we can't afford to go anywhere else!
