Ivanko Gardens Apartments

Ivanko Gardens is a dream to live at!!! We lived in apartments for years when we were younger and then went on to home ownership for 20 years. We relocated to Medford Oregon last year and rented an apartment in Ivanko Gardens. We were skeptical about living in an apartment after years of owning our own home, but to our surprise we absolutely love it here!!! The grounds are park-like, beautifully maintained, and include 2 large swimming pools. The apartments are awesome!!! We rent a 2... bedroom 2 bath that is more spacious than most homes. Great open floor plan, huge master, tons of storage space, all appliances included, even a washer & dryer in the unit!!! Every unit has a large covered patio or balcony & comes with either a carport or a garage. Our unit even has an amazing fenced in backyard!!! Quiet, friendly complex that is in a great neighborhood & convenient location. Pet friendly too! And if that's not enough the management & maintenance staff is like nothing we have ever seen. Any & All issues are handled immediately and with great care. You usually have to get on a waiting list to get in, but oh so worth it!!! We love Ivanko Gardens!!! Read More
