Lovely place to call home!
Moving to Oregon to take a job promotion has been a whirlwind of chaos. We finally found a place to rent (while we prepare to buy) here at the Park Terrace Apartments. The CPM Real Estate Services helped tremendously and we found and applied for the Park Terrace Apartments within a day. We are thrilled to find such a lovely place to live. We are excited to bring our little dog to such a charming home and someday start our family here. Thanks SO much to Alfonzo Brittany, and Mirella for all the... help!
Best,
J & N Andrews

low income housing, not great for families or disabled on a fixed income
The rent is slightly lower than most places in this city, but if you don't do hardcore drugs, and have children, it's not very family friendly. They are not flexible at all with late payments. You have from the 1st to the 4th (previously was the 7th, but it changed without warning and started charging $50 when I'd pay on the 5th) Also it is not wheelchair accessible, nor handicap accessible whatsoever in the bathroom or hallways. Stairs have only a hand rail on one side and the stairs are... questionably shaky as well. (All this is important to me because I broke my leg while living here, and I live on the second floor. I can't use my bathroom, get out of my doorway easily, nor can I go down the stairs without a huge ordeal) Desperately looking for a new, better place, with little luck!! Moved in with a.roommate, who made the cost of living unbearable, and they moved out and can no longer afford it. Rent takes my whole check, with no room for other bills and toiletries or gas. Even a studio is almost $600 here!
