Has its Pros and Cons..
I’ve lived at Clipper Ridge for almost a year now and honestly I’ve had a love hate relationship with this place. For starters, there was damage all over our apartment when we moved in. The sink was rusted, the cabinets are peeling, and it looked like a child had drawn in our closets. Some neighbors-especially those with children- can be very loud. We just recently got new neighbors and they only moved in around 11-1pm for two weeks in a row with a loud and annoying moving truck. Someone broke... glass in my parking spot and the people who install the carpets have left nails all over the parking spots too. Homeless people are constantly going through the dumpster and kids stand in the road to the point where you cant drive through. Besides the few police encounters I have had here I feel very safe in these apartments!
