They shuffle everything under the rug.

Horrible complain resolution. No real pest control for the property. Skunks everywhere. Mold.

They don't care

Tried getting in here, in hopes of a better future, my daughter has a disability, and we barely live check to check, but I was willing to move bills around to make this work. For my daughter's sake. She called me and told me we were over qualified, and that we made too much money, and I told her really? We barely live check to check, and her response was in a rude way "Really? I don't know how you live".
Thanks for nothing, I went above and beyond, and got slapped in the face. I don't even keep... my money it goes to my babysitter, and to pay for my daughter's million medical bills, so she can see a specialist.

Loved KBH apt.

I loved my apt. Quiet, spacious, private. Backed up to open space of community college, office staff friendly and cooperative, maintentance on top of any issue in timely manner.
