Renter Beware

Management would not allow tenants to decorate the inside of their homes without numerous guidelines to follow. In order to have an area rug down, for example, management would make you velcro the area rug down on the carpet. They claimed this prevents a tripping hazard - to which everyone in my home would trip from having their foot catch in a pocket. If you didn't comply, the manager would write you a notice threatening to evict. Every year the state would come in for inspections and the... manager would have tenants enduring panic attacks as they feared their homes wouldn't be emmaculate enough. The manager had a terrible habit of losing important, confidential documents and even rent, to which she would hold the tenant accountable. While yes, these apartments are more geared for low-income families, living in a tent offers more peace and freedom than these apartments. Again, renter beware.
