This listing is for the unfurnished rental of my 1915 bungalow!

There are three bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, an office with a built-in desk (perfect for quiet, private work) and a den/TV room with a couch that converts to a bed.

The house... is fully stocked with all linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. Includes all utilities and a Roku TV. I add an AC unit in the upstairs bedroom during the summer - the basement stays cool year round. The front porch is extremely peaceful and private. You can sit on the padded porch swing with your laptop and a cup of coffee to get some work done! There is a large back yard & patio furniture to enjoy, as well.

Requirements: I require a month-to-month lease for a minimum of 3 months, and a deposit of one month's rent.

Pet Policies:
1 dog allowed - under 30 lbs. (Will consider a nice cat or additional pet on a case-by-case basis -photo required).
$100 per month per pet additional pet fee
$500 additional pet deposit (fully refundable, less damages of course)
Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Pet waste must be picked up from the yard
Damage or accidents caused by a pet will be taken from the deposit.
