This place will literally make you sick

For the 8 months that I lived here, the landlord and maintenance had refused to acknowledge/respond/fix the chronic, expansive mold issues happening not only in my apartment but in several of the other units in the apartment community. I have evidence of the damage and have lost several hundred dollars (honestly, probably over a thousand dollars considering it also ruined furniture) worth of possessions to the mold. There's even rust on the carpets from where I had a desk with metal legs because... of the constant moisture seeping through the walls that was not addressed in the least. I contacted the management every few weeks to try to get them to do something--anything--to address it and I was routinely brushed off.

Because of her refusal to fix the issue, I developed respiratory issues that forced me to move out of my apartment. Please don't live here. I don't want anyone else to have to live in conditions that the landlord is clearly aware of and is choosing to ignore.

Our apartment

I live with my mom in a one bedroom apartment and can't afford a two. This is the cheapest place my mom can go cause it's close to work so we are forced to live here. The management is terrible. We can never get ahold of them and nothing is ever fixed, so we are always without electrical etc. few parking spaces so we have to park blocks away. And the neighbors are always loud no matter how many times we asked to keep it down. They are always disturbing our peace by banging on walls blaring music... at 4AM.
