Wouldn’t recommend

The manager is very nice but she is really hard to get ahold of. The units look nice but are made of poor quality. I had my brothers car stolen from here and my boyfriends car broken into, both were completely different days. The location sucks because your only way out is Marine Dr and I always get stuck behind semis, but I tried looking past that. The maintenance guy is awful. He’s made my roommates and I feel bad multiple different times when we needed him because he “lives 2 hours away” and... it is gonna take him a while to get there. Even during an urgent maintenance requirement he still tries to get you to schedule a time because he doesn’t wanna drive out here. I dealt with ants for about a month but that has died out. My neighbor upstairs dealt with dead flies everywhere. No idea why but thought I should put that in here. They have landscapers come here and however much water they use and whatever else it costs them to do maintenance on the outside, gets put into our rent which spikes up the water bill an insane amount. It’s not a terrible place but I just definitely would not recommend or renew a lease here.

Facts

The apartment itself is nice. However, the neighborhood is horrible. Homeless surrounds you and even the Sargent of Police for this area said the crime rate has skyrocketed. My sister was nearly car jacked right out on the same street as the apartment early in the morning. They charge you for everything. I paid less money for a house in California. Do what you will with this information.

Keep Searching

If there were an option to give this place 0 stars, it would be rated 0 stars.

-management/maintenance never answer calls or texts.

-there is no a/c even though it is advertised.

-car was broken into, then roommates car stolen a week later.

-unfriendly neighbors.

-poor parking situation.

-very loud since it's next to the airport and road.

Would strongly recommend continuing your search for a good apartment, because this place is horrible.

Great apartment, terrible management company

Interested Renters beware - the apartments and location are nice, central and fixtures are new. Note that the fixtures are new because (regardless of damage) they will replace all fixtures and charge the tenant moving out for the cost. When the charges are disputed they will not engage, when legal recourse is sought they will send the full account to collections - no question. They require a cashiers check for last months rent, but then sent that amount to collections (likely knowing there’s no... way to prove they cashed the cashiers check) - I strongly recommend interested renters look elsewhere.
