Great everything except the Landlord
The landlords are not great. No on site assistance, no after hours assistance, and an oscinine policy regarding spare key fobs to gain access to the building. Also, while it's nice that they leave little candy gifts on holidays they're wildly inconsiderate when doing in unit inspections. They asked that pets be secured and then let the pet loose but locked them out of the place where their litter box was. I'll leave to your imagination what that led to.

Don't move here if you have a car.
The building itself is good. I like everything about it. What I don't like is how unsafe my car is. I watched someone break into a car, then break into another one, hotwire it and drive away (I was on the phone with the cops who didn't come). This happened right across the street, where I also happened to be parked. The next day when I was walking I saw a lady peering into windows and checking door handles. On top of that, there's broken window glass in a ton of places along the street, so you... can see where other people are getting their windows broken as well. If you have a car, don't move here. This is a garage, but it's way too expensive and there's a waiting list anyways.

Decent Value for close to downtown
The apartments are generally good, maintenance comes within a day or two, and management, while not onsite, are fairly responsive.
