Do not Live here
DON'T LIVE HERE. Had something stolen in the mailroom and the Current management said "take it as a lesson learned" and "The cameras are Fuzzy" Awful company and will never live in an Affinity property in 3 years we had atleast 6 "managers". They pretend to care and ultimately do nothing for the residents. At least 7 storages have been broken for a few months now. Save yourself the trouble and pick a better place that will actually have amenities. The look isnt worth all the trouble.

Terrible Proprty
Do not look into these apartments. Sure the location is decent. but the property management team is terrible. My packages have been stolen from the mailroom constantly and good luck having a car! I was forced to park on the street due to a lack of available parking spots (7-8 in total) And my car got broken into multiple times. Save your money!

Pick a different building
The management staff of this apartment complex is terrible. Packages are getting constantly stolen. There are people squatting in the building multiple times and parking in the area is completely unsafe. Save yourself the time and effort and don't live in this building

Better buildings in the neighborhood
This building has some beautiful features; large windows, reclaimed wood shelves in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. But, there are a lot of drawbacks. The neighborhood has had a lot of cars parked on the street broken into recently. They charge a fee for the bike room, even though other buildings in the neighborhood do not. The building manager is annoying and pretty incompetent. The manager watches the video footage on the cameras and emails you when you break small rules like take... glass on the roof or drink alcohol on the roof that isn't "disguised." The roof doesn't have any grills either. But, worst of all, there's no air conditioning, so the apartments are miserably hot during the summer.

Thank you so much for your review on things here at Central. As with everything that happens in the city car break ins are unfortunate in any area of a major city. We always strive to give every resident a heads up when things start to happen... . I will apologize if you feel that I was not doing an adequate job on keeping the building clean and following the rules that were set on the rooftop patio for a reason. Unfortunately we have had residents in the past abuse our rooftop to where we were forced to enforce the rules for everyone to enjoy the rooftop patio. I am more than happy to assist and help out and please feel free to reach me by phone or email to discuss this more in detail regarding your unhappiness here.
