RUN!

If you own a car don't even consider this place. Very difficult to find parking.
It's right by the highway so you can hear cars and homeless people screaming all hours of the day/night.
My car windows have been smashed, and you see it all the time. Someone backed into my car while it was parked in front of the apartment and dented it all up. $500 out of pocket with insurance.
Building is not secure. Anybody can just walk in because the door closes very slowly. Homeless people in the lounge area...
.
Look somewhere else!

I live here, and I can say that this is by far the best community I lived at. The different Events are always fun, I look forward to the Happy Hour events every week. I mean FREE WINE, BEER, and FOOD. You cant beat that with a sack of stones. Also I like that I get to meet and socialize with my fellow neighbors sets my mind at ease that I know who Im living near. Also Taylor the guy that host these events is a really charming guy with a great personality, and very funny. I think that everyone... should live her you will not regret it. Not to mention the Price of these units are crazy affordable.

Love it here

This has been a great community & I especially appreciate all of the community events. They have weekly Happy Hours with local wine & beer. Not sure why the person below is so upset, as every time that I've gone to the happy hour, they've served beer from Ninkasi and Deschutes Breweries.....Also never had a bad experience with the service!

Bad community, needs lots of work.

Here is my review
(Current resident)
The leasing agents will try to lure you with the happy hour every Friday , however it’s actually just the most pretentious group that shows up. Extremely Cheap wine and cooers light is what you have to look forward too. Taylor, the guy who does the events, is stuck up and won’t give you respect even when he gets paid to do so. Ekoliving as a company is good but could work on their people skills.
There is a sound that comes from pipes that is very loud...
and starts at 5 am. If you enjoy sleep don’t move here. All requests were ignored to have any help.the fireplace is a glorified heater.( it’s just a light show). No dog parks close by.
DONT MOVE HERE
