The apartments and the grounds are well-maintained. The neighborhood is desirable. It is just a pleasant and comfortable place to live.

Managers change very often which makes it hard to establish a relationship. Property maintenance by the landscapers has not been as good as in the past. Leaves from all the trees are not cleaned up on a regular basis and the flower beds are full of them. Also when using the blower, leaves and debris are blown all over my car.
