Hi. I lived here for a year. Shortly after I moved in I had two mice running around. My bathroom ceiling caved in due to water damage from my upstairs neighbors. I would come home at night and see giant rats running to and from the dumpsters. The neighbors were constantly loud next to me and the neighbor above me would scream so bad that I thought she was dying. I once had a cop run through the back area chasing a bad guy. If you leave your parking spot to go somewhere, it usually gets taken.... There is no guest parking so guests have to park across the street and hope their car doesn’t get broken into. Overall, the apartment was updated upon move in and repairs were fast. The rent was cheap at the time a few years ago. Wouldn’t recommend overall. Oh yeah, and a car had crashed into the side of the complex at one point… drunk driver. Lol. Interesting experience. ??

Lived here a year
Do not recommend place is filled with mice, you aren’t treated like a valued tenant. Overall experience was just awful, not worth what you pay in rent at all.
