Continuing to go downhill

We've lived at the Maestro for close to a year now. While the building itself if pretty and some of the views are great, the management is a mess, and the amenities continue to decline.

Recycling must be taken down to the (overflowing) basement now instead of left in the garbage rooms on each floor, the elevators are continually breaking, the amenities (gym, game room) are only open 8:00 - 6:00 daily, which obviously makes them useless to someone with a "normal" job, walls are thin (this was...
always a problem), and maintenance sometimes takes WEEKS to respond to issues. When these issues are brought to the attention of the property/leasing managers, nothing is every done other than a half-hearted apology.

For claiming they are a Class A apartment building (and charging rent accordingly), they are doing a very poor job of providing enough value to make sense to continue renting here, considering the number of alternative properties in the neighborhood.

Amazing

I recently toured Maestro and Fell in-love! The amount amazing spaces in the building to just get out of your home, not that you want to leave the Beautiful apartment! They have an awesome rooftop with the best view of the city sky-line, a massive 24 hr gym, coffee shop & work pod station area, game room and club room! The staff was so sweet too. I cant wait till my lease ends!

Thin Walls

This place is aesthetically beautiful and draws you in with the premise of being new with beautiful finishes. Unfortunately regardless of how nice the appliances, finishes or AC is.... the building is very cheaply made. The walls are so thin, you hear every toilet flush, every shower had nearby, and everyone walking up and down the hallway. Worst part, I can hear my neighbors word for word, every phone call, every, “hey Alexa” every social gathering. Considering this bridling is brand new, and... the overpriced high rent this place charges it’s 1000% not worth it to constantly be woken and bothered by neighboring noise, not mention the lack of privacy each resident has. Wanted to love this place, but not even a month in and I can’t wait to get out. Save yourself the money and literal headache.
