Responsive Team
The Management Office and Maintenance Staff have always responded quickly and respectfully whenever I've had any issues. Even when I had a ceiling leak after hours. Maintenance showed up and resolved the issue quickly. The office staff are prompt to follow up on any issues. I've had a seamless experience for the two years I've lived here.

After over 8 years I am very sad.
After over four management companies I have seen a lot and learned a lot. I have truly enjoyed the fact that Russellville Commons has gone to great lengths and taken pride in keeping the grounds meticulous. For all of the 8 years I have been here I believe Crystal Greens Maintenence was responsible for the beautiful landscaping! Until recently for some reason, they no longer take care of the Property and it is so obvious. The grass that was so well cared for and beautiful green is now over... half brown and dying. It is crystal clear that the sprinkler system is not working correctly. In addition, most of the plants that were regularly trimmed are now overgrown. Accountability is lacking. Unfortunately, priorities have shifted. Now they are very dog-friendly and make efforts to accommodate dog owners with waste disposal stations and waste bags to ensure dog owners remove dog waste and even put in a small fenced off dog park for the socialization of the dogs. This was the doing of MG Properties the current management company. One huge big deal has always been if something in your apartment is broken they are speedy to respond and always helpful courteous and sociable. For the most part, the office staff are polite, professional and responsive. The location is great, rent has increased drastically over the years and its an average apartment complex.

Great Place!
We have been living at Russellville Commons for 5 years and been through a few property management changes. MG Properties, the current managers have been great. When we renewed our lease, Meghan worked with us and helped us save money! Not that we needed it, because our rent did not increase, but it was wonderful to work with someone who cared about us, which is refreshing.
If you are looking for a place to rent, I would highly recommend checking out Russellville Commons.

Community and staff
Me and my wife was contemplating whether to move to Russellville Commons after reading the reviews, but we made the right choice because of the convenience, everything is so close which we don't need to drive, the grounds are nice and clean, there is a dog park as well. The staff were nice and helpful. We called in for a service request and maintenance showed up within 5 minutes and resolved the problem. We made the right decision and we are happy living here.

Management
We have lived here for about 6 years. We love the convenience of shopping and max as my sister and I don't drive. When we moved in we had our own stove and refrigerator. Well last night our refrigerator went out. I went to the office and talk to Norma the property manager. She told the gal in the office to call Nacho and get us a refrigerator. Nacho and Aaron showed up 15 minutes later with a refrigerator. They were so nice and helpful. They were also so nice to take our broken refrigerator... down to our garage. I just can't say enough nice things about Norma,Nacho, and Aaron. Thanks again guys. I see cookies in your future. The grateful people in L-105.
