Nice apartments with a couple of drawbacks.
I've been here for about a year and they are nice apartments. The people who run the place are super friendly and they seem like they really try to work with you. For the price point, I couldn't really find anything better and I looked at a decent amount of places at the time. The living room, kitchen, and master bedroom are quite spacious and they come with a washer and dryer. The 2nd bedroom is quite small. There's a bus stop conveniently located just in front. I've also never heard any of my... neighbors besides the front door closing; the walls seem pretty well insulated. Here are the things I don't like:
1. There's no air-conditioning in my apartment, so you're required to use a portable air conditioner; they told me they don't allow window units either because of sliding windows and as a safety hazard.
2. It's located on SE Division, which is a very busy street! Unfortunately, I'm near the front so it's quite loud to the point where I'll have to close the windows daily otherwise I can't hear anything but the traffic. It's quite annoying especially when it's really nice out.
3. There isn't assigned parking. Sometimes when I come home late from work, especially a Saturday, I'll have to park near the other apartment buildings because they are full. Also a quick note, I've never seen the parking lot completely full so you shouldn't have to worry about parking on the street.
4. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy. A couple of months ago there were a couple of cars broken into on the next street, but as long as you stay within the parking lot and the apartments you're fine. The parking lot is very well lit.
