The Worst Apartments!
The manager Juanita is lazy, unprofessional and unresponsive, she doesn't address any concerns, maintenance request... I have lived here a year , the place wasn't cleaned when I moved in, multiple maintenance request have not been responded to including noisy neighbors, were never communicated with by management. There was what looked like mold in the apartment...
. The water doesn't get hot, the heaters don't put out adequate heat. Management is so lazy, renewal letter tenants have not been... provided in a timely. The manager uses COVID-19 as an excuse to not do any work and maintenance hasn't completed work orders in the unit in months. More recently there was two shootings in the area with several residents cars damaged. My neighbor alleges he had gas siphoned from his vehicle in the on-site private parking area. Consider living elsewhere. There is an ongoing crime/shooting investigation. see the photos of multiple bullet holes in the building as of yesterday and on Monday 7/27/2020. Quantum Residential is a bottom barrel management company and the staff does not care about the quality of life and safety of the residents!

Daily loud noise for hours on end
The common area- is used daily in the townhome side of the complex- as a playground. Despite that part 22 of the lease states- the common area is not to be used a playground. Because it disturbs the community, and is a liability. If you can handle kids running around screaming, and playing obnoxiously- daily for hours outside your apartment- and a manager who does nothing about it. This is the place for you! View Less
