Nice but expensive
It’s a nice apartment because they are new but it’s fairly expensive for a college dorm/hotel style living..the building layouts are odd and I’m stuck listening to my neighbors tv every night while trying to sleep. If you’re apartment faces Milwaukie it’s pretty loud too..I suppose the fact that it’s new outweighs the cons but it’s also a new building that is kinda taking over an old Portland neighborhood. ?????
