Place is going downhill

I’ve lived in the apartments for 5+ years. Recently the apartments have changed ownership from SMI to Bluestone(a company that is based out of California with a hub in Portland). With that being said the place feels like I’m living back in the Bay Area. No parking, maintenance takes up to a month to even get back to you, break ins to my vehicle, and also MOLD. The apartments were made very cheap so repairs are constant and also I’ve heard from neighbors that have left that they will fight to not... give you your deposit back.Trust me you can find better in Keizer.

It's Ok

Living in the middle apartment with renters above and below keeps me warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. Not a bad place to live. Close to everything.
