Bad Neighborhood, Bad Apartments

Lots of gang activity, no available parking, and in a very sketchy neighborhood. Drug use and crime are common, and there's very little that management does to make you feel safe. Go out of your way to avoid this place.

We understand the challenges of parking at a community as large as ours, however we do assign each resident a designated space, and offer a large... number of guest parking as well. Our office team is always here to listen and address concerns that are brought to our attention, in the future please give us a call or stop by so we can ensure we are taking appropriate action. Our after-hours patrol service is also available when the office is closed. Our goal is always to provide a safe, enjoyable community for all guests and residents.

Great staff, not so great townhouse.

Lancaster Commons have some really nice, helpful employees. The unit itself lacks storage, is really small, & pretty run down. Also kinda' pricey for what it is. However they do boast a pool, Jacuzzi, basketball court, & gym for tenants. The gym & basketball court are accessible year round all hours. Pool & Jacuzzi are only open seasonally.

my apartment

My apartment are ok,the maintenance. Are great they come and fix things quickly and are very friendly.i love the neighbor's. Are friendly and very helpfull.i have stayed yere almost 2 yeqrs.i love they have a swimming pool and Jacuzzi.and the summers are fun with that amenity

my apartment

My apartment is ok,it has a pool,and Jacuzzi,and a kids playground.its close to stores,and close to freeway access.the managers are ok.there are a lot of kids at this complex.there is a weight room,and indoor,basketball court.the neightbors are really nice and friendly.
