Mold and closed maintenance request

When I moved in the carpet was stained and the unit was dirty. Poor insulation caused high humidity and constant mold issues. You can hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes as the building are poorly built. I could sit in the living room and hear the neighbor upstairs peeing. Everything in the unit was extremely old. I had to request to have the oven repaired. The repair man they sent was in his 70's and told me that his mom had the same oven when he was a kid. It was so old the burners... screwed in and replacement parts could not be found. Whenever something needed to be replaced, they hauled in stuff that looked like it was out of the junkyard. Many times I requested to have things repaired and they closed the request with no repair or contact with me. The parking lot was crumbling with a huge pot hole in the middle for the longest time. They were constantly sending out texts saying they had to turn the water off for repairs at a moments notice. The neighbors above me would routinely engage in domestic violence with a 2 year old in the apartment. I could hear him throwing things and her screaming and crying. Horrible, decrepit, decaying, dirty, dank, humid, slum run by Salem's worst slumlords. They will want to "inspect for maintenance needs" at least twice a year, yet never repair anything. They tried to charge me late fees during COVID (illegal, by the way) for paying my rent on the same day I had paid it for years and never had a problem.
