There are no washer/dryer hookups in the units. Onsite laundry requires quarters (over $3 per load), but they don’t provide change machines. Charging for laundry at all seems immoral considering the units don’t even have hookups for you to bring your own w/d with you.

Windows pour condensation worse than anywhere I’ve ever lived, making it incredibly difficult to keep the mold at bay no matter how often you clean. Owner/manager don’t seem to care about fixing the problem; instead, they just... provide a “mold cleaning” addendum to the rental agreement.
