Welcome home to the Village Inn Apartments, where convenience meets affordability. This pet friendly Springfield location is within walking distance of shopping, on the bus line, and close to freeway access. Our on-site staff is professional &... friendly, and we aim to provide excellent service to all our residents.

We offer charming studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartment homes. Your new home features a patio or balcony, an eat-in kitchen, and a plethora of parking. This private community offers an onsite laundry room. Premium community amenities include a recreation room, exercise room, sauna, spa, and a seasonal swimming pool encapsulated within two beautiful, gated courtyards.

We do not offer a waitlist and accept applications on a first come, first served basis. Call or email for availability. Thank you for your interest in our community.

Beautiful area here and close to work too!!

I have lived here for 3 years and during this time have no complaints. I love that our manager is friendly and compassionate and asserts himself to going above and beyond to make all of us feel welcome and listened to. Brian and his staff here are prompt and thorough when there are problems with anything and because of that this has been an excellent place to live. I plan on staying here for as long as I can.

Great place to live!

From the moment I walk in the office I felt welcomed. The manager answered all my questions, exceeding expectations. The whole process from application to move in didn't take long. Walking in the that office door was the best decision I had made so far!

Friendly staff

I recently moved into Village Inn Apartments, and from all of the negative reviews, I was skeptical of giving them a shot. I’m not sure if the other reviews are fake, but I thought the staff was friendly and enjoyable. I finished up the paper work, and had the keys to my nice, new apartment within an hour.

rude staff

The office lady was incredibly rude and didn't want to answer any of our questions. She just shoved the application at us and then didn't want anything to do with us after that.
